PoxNora: Battlefield of the Immortals is a collectible, turn-based, tactical fantasy game in which players command armies of fantastic creatures, cast spells of devastating power, and summon artifacts of ancient renown in order to defeat their opponents. These creatures, spells, and artifacts are represented by Runes - items of magical power that, when activated, come to life on the battlefield.
Like any other collectible game, PoxNora has two facets. In addition to the gameplay itself, there is the collectible, creative aspect in which a player assembles a customized set of items for play. In PoxNora, this set of items is called a pox battlegroup, or pox, for short, and consists of exactly 20 Runes.
To assemble a customized battlegroup, you must first have Runes in your collection. Initially, however, your collection will be empty. For your first few games, you will want to use a pre-configured pox battlegroup that came with your account. The Runes in this battle group are not a part of your collection, and cannot be upgraded, but the battlegroup can be used for play anytime.

Everquest II is similar to Everquest in that you can focus on killing creatures and gaining experience, but the games diverge beyond that. One of the biggest differences is the tradeskill system which uses tradeskill buffs that make tradeskilling more user-action oriented. What you do can affect the outcome of the items.
Many gameplay choices were made in order to stop old, sometimes undesirable, tactics that emerged in EQ. The boldest addition is the concept of "locked encounters". Currently a group or a solo player can set an option to lock encounters. When encounters are locked, the encounter becomes locked to that player or group, which stops kill stealing. Other players can not assist in the encounter unless the player who locked it uses a special "/yell" command for help, after which the encounter rewards neither loot nor experience.
To stop kiting, players in combat lose all their movement speed enhancements except the special "sprint" ability, which costs a considerable amount of power to use, although some classes have speed debuffs that slow the enemy, thus making kiting a viable option. Because certain player classes such as Rangers and Mages have limited effectiveness in close melee range, many of these players have discovered another method of pseudo-kiting by running backwards and firing a missile weapon at the enemy. The enemy lands fewer attacks, but can take significant damage depending on the type of ammunition or missile weapon used, and the skill level of the user.

The arrival of gods from another region to the peaceful and beautiful continent of CroNous triggers the war against gods who ruled the CroNous. The war, called the Tartanos War or 1,000-year War, brings about the ‘History of Chaos’ to the CroNous world.
Numerous monsters are flocking to the CroNous Castle, called the center for the CroNous Continent, forcing people to fall into chaos. Future buildings and monsters recalled from the past to the CroNous universe make it as the place where the past, future and present coexist.
Instead of the simple player-killing concept, the introduction of player-versus-player combats will not allow players to let loose the string of tension because they can be attacked by players from the other union without warning. When attacking the castle, the union-versus-union combat system has upgraded the level of former battlegrounds among guilds. The union is an alliance of guilds. The winner in union war will take control of the castle, accumulate enormous wealth and power through the management of the castle, and appear as the ruler of the continent of CroNous.

Ragnarok Online 2: The Gate of the World. The year 1000 L.C is approaching. One thousand years prior, a terrible destruction took place, and the world was saved by St. Lif, son of Baldur. Roughly twenty years earlier, a destructive war took place between Normans of the east and west, but there has recently been peace. Strange things have begun happening, however; the dark wanderers Dimago have awoken, and the Ellr have left their land of Alfheim to investigate the Mother Tree's silence.
- Full 3D graphics, while retaining the "original anime style" of Ragnarok Online.
- Real Emotion Expression, allowing player avatars to show and express realistic emotions. This will replace the "bubble emotes" from the original.
- Anti-Theft Mob System, which gives benefits to a victim of kill-stealing instead of penalizing the offender.
- Safe Trade System, which enables two ways of trade. The first option requires an item from both parties (or Zeny) and the second option allows the trade of an item or amount of zeny without having to receive something in return.
- Killing one strong creature has been redesigned to be far more effective than killing multiple weaker enemies. Grouping has also been made far more beneficial to those in the group.

Players are able to select the job, hair color and hair style for each of their characters.
Gender also varies from player to player, but all characters on a given account have the same gender due to technical limitations and Gravity policy. An anime style online RPG based on Norse mythology. Very funny, lots of character classes. Graphics are 2D isometric; not cutting edge but beautiful nonetheless.
