After hundreds of years of wars between and among the races, the faithful humans renamed Katesca to “Farcinla,” while the human heretics called themselves the, “Uhuru Republic.” As the Seven Sons of Sin prompted the humans to abuse the magic that God had entrusted to them, new races were created, which angered the great God Harmorris, because only He should act as God.
Furious, Harmorris sent the Doom to destroy Agnes and cleanse it of its sin. Just before Harmorris had done his deed, Kanci, the god of justice, secretly sent a group of humans to “The Refuge,” a world parallel to that of Agnes. After the Doom, the inhabitants rebuilt their homes. The elves, the humans, the dwarves, the orcs, and other races, each had their own city, some kept the same name from before the Doom, while others renamed it something completely different. When exploring the Land of Agnes, you’ll soon learn the names to their cities and maybe even find remnants of cities from the past.
