  • Killing untargetable NPCs

    RuneScape Tips

  • Easy money

Get your character's mining level up to level 38 by mining iron, etc. Then, go to the Barbarian Village and mine coal from the rocks, which you can sell for 100 to 300 GP per piece. You will also occasionally find a gem (from least valuable to most, sapphire, emerald, ruby, diamond) which can be sold for good prices.

Get your smithing and mining levels up to 40 and mine gold in the Lessers Pits on Karajama Island. However, be careful of the level 21 skeletons. There are five rocks, so on a good night when no one is on, you can hit them in a row making your trip very easy. You can usually get 25 gold ore that becomes 25 gold bars. Put them into certs and sell for 1k a gold cert.

Get your mining level up to 30. Mine coal and you can make them into certificates and trade them for 1,000 GP each.

Get your mining level to at least 15, and your smithing level to at least 30. Go to the mine south of Falador. Mine lots of iron, and take it to Falador Furnace. Go north of Falador to Doric's Anvils. Smith Iron Square Shields and Iron Kite Shields. Take them to the shield shop in Falador and sell them for fast and easy money.

Get your smithing level to 25 and your mining level to at least 15. Then. go to Falador Mine at the mining site behind the Falador Castle. Get iron and go to the furnace. Then. go to Dorics (the little dwarf) and smith battle axes and other items such as square shields and long swords, which all sell over 50 gp each at the general store. Do this repeatedly to get easy money. Note: Sleep in the bed near Wayne's Chains.

Get your magic level up to 55 (high level alchemy) and buy a Runeite Medium for 8,000 to 10,000 gp. Use it on the Runeite Medium to get 11,500 gp. Buy another Runeite Medium and repeat those steps to get easy money. Note: This spell uses five Fire Runes and one Nature Rune. It is recommended that you get a Staff of Fire if you plan on doing this.

Get a mining level of 25, crafting level of 16, and a smithing level of 20. Mine a lot of silver and buy a holy symbol mold. Make bars, then make holy symbols. Sell them to a shop for about 20 gold. This is a very easy way to make money.

Go to Port Sarim, west of Draynor village, and ask one of the people in the blue uniforms to go to Karamja and pay them 30 GP. When you get there, walk off the dock and you should see a house. Enter the house and talk to a man named Luthas. He will ask you to pick bananas. Answer "Yes", pick bananas, put them in the crate, then talk to Luthas to collect your moderately earned 30 GP. If you would like more money in multiples of 30, ask him to get another 30 GP for doing the job again. Stay here for a long time if you need to spend several thousand on items.

Go to the house outside of Lumbridge and collect Iron Daggers on World 13. Also, defeat Goblins for items that can be sold or gold, which is common. Sell the daggers for 14 gold or less at the market.

Go to Chaos Temple. Kill monks and take the Steel Maces. Sell them to the Mace Store in Falador for 138 gp. Do this repeatedly to get levels and money quickly.

Go to Varrock. Kill the level 21 guards there to get skill levels and up to 30 gp.

Go to Karamja and let people drop tuna. Pick it up until you cannot hold any more. For more money, put everything in a bank and go to Port Sarim with only 30 gp. Then, go to the edge of the wild and sell the tuna for at least 10 gp each.

Go to Lumbridge on any World (1-13, etc.) and go to the house where the Goblins (level 7) respawn. There are two fishing spots there. If there are people fishing, they will usually drop Raw Salmon and Raw Trout which you can cook (if your cooking level is high enough) and sell in the general store for 10 to 30 gp.

Go to Karamja Isle and to where the people fish. Poeple will fish lobsters and swordfish until they cannot carry anymore. They will drop the fish. Take lots of lobsters and swordfish. You can make these into Certs in Draynor, and sell Swordie Certs for 2,000 gp.

Go to the chicken pen. Kill them to get feathers, then go to the center of Varrock to sell them. Feathers will be 3 to 5 gp each.

To get easy money and weapons, go by Lumbridge. You will find a house full of goblins. In that room will be an Iron Dagger that respawns. Get it, go to the store, and sell it for 4 to 20 gp or use it as a weapon.

Mine and smith until you are at level 20 at both. Make Bronze Bars and turn them into things at an Anvil such as: a 2-H, Mail Plate Body, Skirt, or Kite Shield and sell them at the market for good prices. You can also do this with Mithril, Runite (not Rune), Adamantite, Iron, and Steel.

When you begin smithing a particular type of metal, smith Daggers at first and sell most or all of them. Then, once you get your smithing level high enough to make Short Swords, create as many of them as possible then sell as many of them as possible at the Varrock Sword Shop. They give you the best value per bar. It is possible to make over 1500 gp by selling Steel Short swords. It is also a good idea to allow the swords to regenerate after each sale because you can then get the most possible money for each of them.

Put all your items in the bank (including weapons and armor). Go to the Red Spider fortress in the wilderness. Ggo inside and dash for the Steel Legs or Gold Ore. If you die, you will keep the Ore and Legs and lose nothing. For higher levels, try getting three before dying or stocking up all the way before leaving.

Kill farmers, men, muggers, and thieves to get small amounts of money ranging from 3 gp to 20 gp. You can find people to kill in the inns.

There are about seven spawn points for coins. In the wilderness, go to the Dark Warrior's castle and kill them until you get the Rare Black Mace and Black Medium Helmet, which both sell for a lot of gp. Get your crafting up to level 40 and make all kinds of jewelry, which also sell for a lot of money. Make Strength Potions and sell them by the wilderness in Varrock for 1,000 gp. Also make food and sell by the wilderness.

If your smithing level is 34 and mining is 20, go to Falador and to the Dwarven Mines. Keep mining until you have about 100 to 200 iron ore banked. Then, make all the bars you can. You should have between 50 to 100 bars. Smith them into Iron Chest Plates then go back to Varrok and sell them to Hovick The Armorer. If your smithing is lower, then smith Bronze Bars and make bronze two handed and large helms and items until you can make Bronze Chest Plates. Make those until your smithing is level 34, then repeat the steps for about 10,000 gp every five to ten minutes.

If you are a member, you can use the Pickpocket skill to steal money from a person. Try it on people you can pickpocket.

When at combat level 10 or 11, kill level 18 warriors in Alcarid. They drop money and Iron Daggers sometimes.

Fight enemies, such as Giants, that drop big bones, money, weapons, helmets, and steel axes. If you are a beginner, start off with chickens, then goblins, giant spiders, men, unicorns, bears, scorpion, giants, white knights, black nights, lesser demons, and greater demons. Greater demons drop items such as Rune Medium Helmet Runes Long and up to 3000 gold.

Get a pickaxe then mine at places. At first you will only be able to mine tin and copper. When your mining level reaches 15, you will be able to mine iron ore. When it gets to 20, you will be able to mine silver. You can use tin and copper ore in a furnace to create bronze bars. If you use iron ore in the furnace you will make iron bars, but sometimes the ore will be impure and will fail to create a bar. You can smelt silver ore to make silver bars, then craft that into jewelry. If you are level 30 mining, you can smith coal and trade them in at the Draynor Manor market for coal certificates. You can sell these certificates for 1000 gold each.

In Al Kharid, buy a lot of silk from the the silk merchant. Then, go to Ardougne and sell the silk to the silk stall owner. He will buy the the silk from you for up to about 180 coins. You can also steal his silk and sell it back to him, but he may catch you and alert a guard. The level 28 guards and level 56 knights may also spot you and attack if you choose to steal the silk.

For easy money and thieving skill (members only), go to Ardougne where the stalls are located. Behind the bakers stall are two houses. You can pick their locks. Go to the one with no upstairs. Enter and search for traps on the chest and you will get ten gp. Go out the door. Pick the lock again and search for traps on the chest once more. Keep doing this and you will have fast thieving skill and money at the same time.

Get to level 20 mining and smithing Go to Varrok and mine iron, then go to a smelter and smelt them into bars. You may have to do this repeatedly, as ore only smelts 50% of time. Then, go to back to Varrok and smith the bars into short swords. Sell them in market or at the sword shop. Do this repeatedly to get a good amount money. This is useful for low level players.

When at level 35, fight Black Knights. They drop runes, sapphires, rubies, and gold. Get as many runes as possible, then go to the center of Varrock and sell them. Let them make the price.

First, put everything in bank so that you have 25 open free spaces. Then, go west and then south of Varrock. You will find rocks that you can mine silver from. You can also mine coal in Barbarian Village. After you fill up your inventory, go to Draynor Village and trade silver or coal in for five certificates. Then go to World 1. In World 1, Draynor Market has many people buying and selling certificates. Here you can trade five silver or coal certificates anywhere from 500 to 1000 gp each. This whole process takes a minimum of fifteen minutes.

If you die, or are just starting, head north of Limbridge. Then, cross the bridge. You will see a house. Go into the house and get the Iron Daggers that respawn. There are also lots of bones for prayer points. Occasionally, Runes and Goblin Armor will appear. Note: Do not do this on a busy server.

At Karamja, talk to Luthas. He will ask you to pick bananas for him. If you can, use Bones To Bananas. Collect the bones from skeletons and use the spell to get lots of money.

Get your mining up to over 30 then go to the Barbarian Village. Mine coal for about two hours until you have up to or over 300 coal. Turn that into over 60 coal certificates then sell them in Draynor Market on World 1 or in Varrock Marketplace on World 1 for 50,000 to 60,000 gp.

First obtain a Rune two hander and buy it for 50,000 gp. Then, sell it for 55,000 gp. Re-purchase your Rune two hander for 50,000 gp and repeat.

To get money, fight Moss Giants. They drop things such as Black Squares, Magic Staffs, Runes, Uncut Gems, and 3 to 300 gp. They drop Big Bones which can be used for prayer. Moss Giants in free play mode can be found on Crandor Island and Varrok Sewers.

Get your Mining to level 40, then go to Karamaja and mine gold. Make sure your Crafting is about level 20, then take the gold you mined and make gold necklaces Then, go to Port Sarim to the jewelers and sell all of your gold necklaces. If you get a full inventory, you can get over 5,000 gp at one time.

This trick requires level 30 mining. Go to the Dwarven Mines. Go all the way back near the stairs that go to Varrock. When you get there, mine as much coal as possible. Then, sell it to people outside of the bank of Falador. High level people will usually buy coal for 100 gp each.

First, go to Al-Karid. Then, go to the house next to the silk trader. When you go in, you will see a range and a man. Attack the man. After you kill him, he will either drop at least three Fire Runes and 1 to 30 GP. After you kill him, he will respawn. Note: This is risky for lower levels -- be careful.

Get your magic level to 33 and go to the basement of the NW bank in Varrock. Use Telekinetic Grab on the items. There are Gold Bars, Ruby Rings, and other good items.

You can fish to make money. It is hard work getting your level up to the right one. Start by fishing Shrimp and Anchovies until you have level 35 Fishing. While doing that, just let Shrimps overflow your inventory because you do not get much money for them. Once you have level 35 Fishing, start to harpoon Tuna at Karajma. The best place to buy a Harpoon is at the fishing shop in Port Sarim. You can sell Tuna for 30 gp. Even though you can sell Tuna for 40 gp at the general store, the price goes down depending on how much Tuna is in the shop. Once you have level 40 Fishing, start to fish Lobsters and sell them for 50 gp each.

Exit Varrock from the sword and general store road. If you are leaving, go to your left and there will be a hill with level 7s and 20s opponents. Get a crossbow, bow (recommended), regular weapon, or staff. Attack whatever level person you are comfortable with. They will drop Bones and money. Frequently, they will also drop Natures or other Runes. Take the Bones and bury them. Take the Runes and sell them to people on the hill.

Get your mining (mine lots of iron), smithing (smelt and smith the iron), and crafting (get cow hides in the field by Lumbridge, put it in the bank and when you get around 500, tan them and make them into the best leather item you can) up to level 40. Then, go to the Crafting Guild (north of Remington) at a time when there are not many people playing. You will need a Brown Apron and bring a Pick (Adamanite or Rune recommended).Mine the gold ores then deposit them at the Eastern Falador bank. Then, go back and mine. When you have 200 to 250 ores, smelt them and make them into necklaces. If you have gems, you can make an amulet out of it. Sell the necklaces ten at a time at a general store (when they are out of stock of necklaces) for 1195 gp. Plain amulets are only worth about 800 gp for ten, unless it is a gem amulet. If you had 250 gold ores, you will now have about 240,000 coins. Repeat this as many times as desired.

Mine silver until you have a full inventory. If you want to get more, deposit your sword or weapon into the bank and withdraw your pick axe and wield it. You can get 100 gp if you can smelt the silver. If you cannot, you will get about 60 gp.

Note: You must be a member for this trick. Do the Lost City quest, then go to Lumbridge Mine. There is a lot of coal here. Wield a Dramen Staff, which allows you to enter the lost city when you complete the quest. Mine 27 coal then go into the lost city. Put the coal in your bank!. You can take it out later and sell it for 200 gp per coal.

Go to Lumbridge. Go to the general store then go behind it. Walk east until you see a brown path. Follow it southeast until you see a house. In your mini-map you should see a dungeon mark. Go to the mark and you should find a locked trap door. Pick the lock (members only) and go inside. You must have level 15 to 20 Thieving. Pickpocket people and sell the items.

Go the Al-Kharid mine on the correct day. Between 50 to 60 people will die and you can pick up their items.

Buy Grey Wolf Fur from the fancy dresser in Varrock for 64 gp. Then, sell it to Baerek in Varrock Center for 120 gp for a a 56 gp profit.

If you are at least level 27 and have a Brass Key, go to the little cabin in Varrok. Use the key to get in, then go into the cellar. There will be zombies and giants. Kill the giants and they drop things such as Iron, Full Helmets, Longswords, and Steel War Axes. They also drop Big Bones that sell for 250 gp each, and also help your prayer points a lot. They also drop runes and 30 to 300 gp.

Go to the coal deposit south of Lumbridge. Keep mining coal and depositing it in the Draynor Bank. When you have about 500 coal, sell 100 for 10,000 gp. Keep doing this until you have 50,000 gp. You can also try this trick with iron.

Get your mining level up get at least level 15. Then, mine 1,000 Iron Ore sell it for 100 gp. Then, get into gold ore and mine 1,000. Sell it for 300,000 gp. Then, mine Mithril Ore. Mine 1,000 of it and sell them for 400,000 gp. Next, mine 1,000 Addy Ore and sell it for 700,000 gp. Mine 1,000 Runite Ore and sell it for 1,000,000 gp.

Level 50 Mining and level 30 Smithing is recommended for this trick. If you are a member, get a Ring Of Dueling. Teleport to Castle Wars and go north until you get to coal trucks. Mine 400 Coal. Teleport to Al Kharid using your Ring Of Dueling and go north to the Chasm mine. Mine 200 Iron there. Smith them into 200 Steel Bars. Go the Falador east bank and sell the Steel Bars. You should get about 110,000 gold.

Do the Shield Of Arrav quest. Go to Varrock, then go to the castle. Go to the far room in the castle and look at the book shelves. The one with the book explaining the quest will be shown on the following diagram:

  • Easy level ups

Go to Rimmington, then go to the room where two logs respawn. Go in it, close the door, then wait until the little level 2 rats respawn there. Kill them until you reach level 5, then go back to Lumbridge. Go to the room with goblins in it. Close the door and wait until they respawn. Kill them and level up to about level 10. Then, go to Varrok and kill any level 9 men and level 10 muggers until you level up five more times. Then, go to the Wizard Tower to level up to level 20. Continue with the higher five levels each time until you are at level 40.

Go to the hut in which you talk to the ancient Gnome. Attack the level 47 Jungle Spiders. These give more experience than level 56 Knights or level 79 Lessers.

Go to Falador and get a Sleeping Bag, any kind of Pickaxe, and a Hammer. Go north to the mine. Stay there until you are satisfied with your mining level. Then go to Falador and smelt the ore. Go to Doric's house and smith the ore. Repeat this to gain higher mining and smithing levels.

Go to Goblin Village (north of Falador) and go to a world with almost nobody in it (try when at night). Kill the Goblins to gain levels. Also, to win, use attack levels: accurate or controlled; strength levels: aggressive; and defense levels: defensive block.

An easy way to level up in your ranger level is to go to Port Sarim. Go inside the jail. Note: You will not be able to get your undamaged arrows again -- bring a lot of them. Shoot at the goblin first until you gain some levels, then kill the mugger followed by the thief, black knight, and other prisoners. You will level quickly. Another place of interest for rangers is the wizard tower. Go down the stairs until you cannot proceed further. Look for the lesser daemon that is caged up. Note: Once again, you cannot get your arrows back. Also, beware of the level 25 dark wizard with a beard who will attack you.

You can level your attack level (not strength) up to 8 at the Varrok training center (the one with five dummies in it) next to the east smithing area.

A good training location is the third floor in the black knight castle. There are non-aggressive black knights respawning there, and an Altar. To get in, first make sure you have a medium Bronze Helmet and an Iron Chain Mail. Then, go to world one and enter the fortress. Go through both doors so that you are in the black knight meeting hall. It has three long tables. Then, go through the door (not the one you just came in from). The reason this is done in world one is because people are attacking the black knights and they will not stop you from going in the door. Once you get through the door, log out and go to a less crowded world. Then, go up the stairs to the second floor, then up the ladder to the third floor. If you have a high enough Pray level, put on Rapid Heal; whenever you are low on Pray points recharge at the altar. Another benefit of training here is that if you are very low on HP and do not have food, leave and to the monastery; then repeat the process to get back in.

An easy way to get your attack to any desired level is at Varrock. Go to the dummies by the museum. Hit the dummies until your attack level is 8. Once at 8, you will no longer be allowed to hit the dummies. Drink beer until your attack is 0 then keep hitting the dummies. Once your attack returns to 8 or more, repeat by drinking the beer. Note: The dummies only give 5 experience points for every hit.

For faster fletching levels (members only), go to the Gnome stronghold and cut oak trees. Oaks can be cut very fast. Make oak long bows, but do not string them. You will gain wood cutting and fletching experience quickly. Then, sell the bows to the general store for 8 gp each. You should get about 1,000 gp for every three to four hundred bows.

A easy way to make money is to mine, smith, and cut trees like yews. Train all three of those skills to make hundreds of thousands with a level 3 character.

You cannot die on the Tutorial Island. You will go down to one health, but you will not die. Stay down there to get your stats up to level 3.

Note: This trick is for members only. Do the Plague City and Biohazard quests. After finishing the Biohazard quest, you can use King Lutha's training grounds. To attack the ogres there you must get a halberd, range, or mage. With the halberd you can gain lots of combat levels in about an hour.

  • Easy items

Start a new character and only increase his strength. After he has a lot of strength, make him a member then go to Lumbridge and duel. When you get into a duel, select no weapons, magic, prayer, and retreating. You will only battle with hands and nothing else. Make sure you have full iron on and Amulet of Strength.

  • Easy mining skill

An easy way to get good mining skills is to go to the mining field by the place where the Champions Guild is located. Mine some ore, then go back to where you start after the tutorial. There is a furnace there. Melt it and return to the city to the smithy. Very soon, you will be able to mine more things then enter the dwarves mines and join the miners guild.

  • Raise Ranging and magic

Use Bronze Arrows or Mind Runes and Air Runes, which make Air Strike, to attack the people that are in jail in Port Sarim or the Wizards Tower at the top where the lesser demon is level 75 and locked up next to the level 43 mage. Note: The mage will attack you if you attack the lesser demon. Get Bark to make Bark Armor at the Magic Castle. This can cost more than 60,000 gp.

  • Adamantite and Mithril Ores

Go to Lumbridge, then go to the back of the castle. You should eventually find a gate. Go around the gate, and at the far west just before the river, you should see a building. Just south of the building should be some mining rocks. Prospect the rocks until you see the rock that you are looking for (either Adamantite or Mithril). There are many other rocks there.

  • Air Runes

To get easy Air Runes, go to Karamja. Go behind Luthas's house. You will see three Air Runes there. Since they respawn fast, stay there and in thirty minutes you will have over 200.

  • Black Kites

Use the following trick to get Black Hatchets, Mediums, Maces, and Kites. If you want to get the Hatchets, Mediums, and Maces, go straight up from Edgeville to level 15 wilderness. There will be a castle here. Walk in and kill level 21 Dark Warriors until they drop these items. For Black Kites; go all the way west to the wilderness until you reach to a big open ocean. Go straight north until you see the level 60+ Ice Giants. Kill them to get Black Kites.

  • Blue Rune rock

Note: They are in wild about level 42. Go to the west side and north all way. Go east slightly to find red spiders guarding the only blue Rune Rock in the game. Additionally, the Blue Rune rock requires level 85 mining. Also, to make a rune item, the least smithing experience you need is level 85. Note: Mining Runite on a busy server is not recommended, as people might be waiting there to kill anyone who attempts to mine it.

  • Bronze Dagger

Go to Lumbridge Castle. When inside, turn to your left and go down the hall past the cooking place. In the last room, go up the ladder then find the room with the Duke Of Lumbridge. Enter that room and go to the table at the end of it. If you wait long enough, a bronze dagger will appear.

  • Liquid Armor

If you are a member, go to the impassable mountain range. Get into the fort first to get through, then keep moving. If desired, you can fight the level 110 Dragons. Keep moving and you will find Liquid Armor, which is stronger than Dragonite Armor (must have level 200 attack defense strength).

  • Red Spider Eggs

Go to Karajama Island. Go past the banana grove until you get to the scorpions. When you get there, go down the ladder and pass the skeletons. You will find red spider eggs. Note: You need to be at least over level 30.

  • Rune Rock

Go north from Falador and go past the mine. Keep going north until you find lava. Go left to the end of the lava, then go north past the Lesser Demons. After that, go right. You can only find it in wilderness at level 45. You will find the rune rocks, with Red Spiders guarding it. Note: The rock probably will have been mined already.

  • Skull

Use the following trick to get a Skull without fighting a Skeleton. Simply get the Skull before you start the Restless Ghost mission. The Skull can be found in the dungeon of the Wizard Tower. After you get the Skull, talk to the Priest to start the quest. Then you will not have to fight the skeleton.

  • Easter Ears

Kill any monster on Easter to get Easter Ears.

  • Easter Egg

Kill high level monsters such as White Knight, Ice Giants, etc. on Easter. Note: You will not always get an Easter Egg, but the higher level the monster, the higher the chance.

  • Santa Hat

Kill high level monsters such as White Knight, Ice Giants, etc. on December 25.

  • Christmas Crackers

Kill monsters of any level on December 25 and you might get Christmas Crackers. Note: The drops are random.

  • Combat levels, prayer levels, money, and good items

Get a Brass Key by any means necessary. You can find them far into the "dungeon/mines" of Edgeville. Go to the locked little house with a ladder leading down inside in between Varrok and the Barbarian Village. Use the Brass Key with the door providing access. Take the first turn to the left into a close room (with a gate) filled with giants (level 36). The giants give good experience, drop big bones (better for prayer than normal bones), money (up to 47 GP dropping at a time), and good items (steel and iron items, gems of all grades except for diamond, and all runes). Note: Bring a fly fishing rod and feathers to fish for some food when down there.

  • Prayer level up

Use the following trick to increase your prayer points. Gather bones off the floor and bury them to get experience in the Pray area. If you continue to do this, your Prayer points will be high enough to increase your strength or other stats. It is also good to put everything (including armor) you have in the bank. Then, go around picking up and burying bones when you cannot carry any more. There is a chicken farm near the starting point. Go northeast from the starting point to find the bridge. Cross the bridge and head north to find the chicken farm. Additionally, talk to the priest in the church in Lumbridge. Then, go to the bottom of the Lumbridge swamps and find another priest, in a hut. He will give you a Ghostspeak Amulet. Go back to Lumbridge to the graveyard. You will find the ghost there. Talk to him. He will say that his skull was stolen by a wizard. Look at his body and notice that he has no head. Then, go to the basement of the Wizards Tower and get his skull. Go back to the ghost and he will reward you five or six Prayer points.

  • Strong attacks

Get a full body of armor and use your defensive attack. The attack will do at least 5 damage. Note: The enemy will most likely drop nothing.

  • Cook's guild

To get into the Cooks guild, you will need a Chef's Hat and level 32 cooking. To get a Chef's Hat, kill goblins until you get one . To get your cooking to level 32, cook meat until you reach that level. Then, wear your Chef's Hat and travel northwest from Varrok to find the Cook's guild, or just look on the Runescape map.

  • Hidden mining pit

When you get skilled enough to mine coal and admanite, and do not feel like tangling with scorpions to get it, there is a perfectly safe mining field just outside of Lumbridge. Go to Lumbridge Swamp and move east. You will soon find an ocean. Keep close and go south. You will find the secret mining pit soon.

  • Hidden mine

On the road to Varrok (the way to Stonehenge), you will notice a little opening on the wooden gates when you reach the entrance. Instead of going inside Varrok, go through the opening on the left gate (from behind you) and keep walking. There will be a mine that not many people use. The mine contains Iron, Silver, Tin, Copper, and Clay.

  • Mine faster

To get the ore immediately, as soon as you are about to hit the ore, click it again. To mine minerals faster, click on the rock you wish to mine then count how many times he hits the rock. After he hits the rock three times (in between three and four), click again on the rock you want to mine. If done correctly, he should start over twice, then you will instantly have the ore in your inventory.

  • Good player killing

Get your attack up to 40 so that you can hold Rune and get your defense up to 10. Next, get your strength as high as possible. You should be able to hit somewhere between 20 and 27.

  • Easier survival

To survive anywhere, bring a sleeping bag and when you get low on health, sleep in it. It will heal while you are sleeping and you cannot be attacked during that time.

  • Survive in the Lava Chambers

Get to the point where you are able to fight Lesser Demons or level 54 Skeletons or Red Spiders. After defeating the Dragon, or at least using the secret door the first time from the Crandor side, get enough Fishing and Cooking to be able to catch and cook Lobster. Bring a Lobster Pot, a Tinderbox and a Hatchet (any type). Reach the island from Karamja (through the secret door). Fight your monsters, etc. When you run out of food, return through the secret door to Karamja and fish for Lobsters. Then, cut a tree for logs, set it on fire, and cook your Lobsters. This allows you to survive in the Lava Chambers under Crandor/Karamja Islands almost indefinitely. This is useful for leveling up against certain monsters and to also get a lot of one kind of item from a particular monster (such as Rune Mediums from Lesser Demons).

  • Black Knights Fortress quest

Start by talking to Sir Amik Varze in the White Knights castle in Falador. Get an Iron Cahin and Bronze Helm to get into the fortress. Go to the Black Knights fortress north of Falador. Search for a grill once inside. It will look like an air vent. Select "Listen" on the grill and hear the top secret plan. Then, get a cabbage from the monastery just beside the fortress. Then, go back to the fortress and drop the cabbage in a hole that is above the cauldron. You will have to go in the room with all the Black Knights on the first floor and go up the ladder to find the hole. After you have ruined the plan, go back to see Sir Amik Varze. The quest will then be completed.

  • Demon Slayer quest

To complete the Silverlight quest, talk to the gypsy in Varrock Square. She will give you the details of the quest. To get the three keys to Silverlight, talk to Sir Prysin in Varrock Palace. Silverlight key#2 is the easiest to get. Go to the Palace Guard's Quarters. Captain Rovin will give you a key. Key#3 is also easy to get. Go to the kitchen and fill the respawning bucket with water from the sink. Go to the drain outside, then pour the water down the drain. Hurry to the manhole outside the church and museum. Climb down and get the key. Note: If you are below level 20, do not go any further. There are scorpions (level 21), zombies (level 19 but very difficult), skeletons (level 21), and ghosts (level 25) that will attack you. The last key is the hardest. It is in the second floor of the Tower Of Wizards. Talk to Traiborn and he will give you the key after you give him 25 sets of bones. Put everything in the bank and search for bones from other player's battles. Once you have all the keys, talk to Sir Prysin again and he will give you Silverlight. Go south of Varrock to the Stonehenge. Note: You can complete the quest at any level, but level 13 and 25 Darkwizards are a hazard if you are at a low level. Wield Silverlight and attack Delrith. As Delrith weakens, you are asked for the incantation is to kill Delrith. It is the last choice you have. Delrith will be sucked into a vortex and you will complete the Demon Slayer quest.

  • Gertrude's Cat quest

Note: This can only be done by members. Go to Gertrude and ask her what is wrong. She will tell you that she wants her cat back. Go to the northeast of the wilderness and you will be brought to the broken fence yard. Jump over the fence and go up the ladder. You will find Fluffy (the cat) and try to pick her up. She will swipe you and take your life down. Go back and get a raw fish and a bucket. Go to Lumbridge and go to the cows. Milk the cow and go back to the fence. Give her both and you will think that she is lonely. Go down the ladder and will see "Meew!" coming out of the boxes. Look inside one of them and you will find a kitten. Go up the ladder and give the kitten to Fluffy. Fluffy should go back to Gertrude and you will be rewarded with a kitten.

  • Imp Catcher quest

Start this quest by talking to Mizgog Wizard on the top floor of the Wizard Tower (located directly south of Draynor Village). Get 60 coins and go to Karmaja Island. Note: This will cost 30 coins. At Karmaja, go to the top of the volcano where there are many Imps. Kill Imps untill you get one red bead, one black bead, one yellow bead, and one white bead that they will drop. Take the four beads back to Mizgog Wizard and the quest will be complete. Your prize will be one quest point and the Amulet Of Accuracy (raises all equipment stats by 4).

  • Pirate Treasure quest

Use the following steps to get a gold ring, cut emerald, and some gold. Go to Port Sarim and talk to a pirate in front of a bar. Then, go to the clothes store in Varrok and buy an apron. Next, go to the island with the banana plantation. Ask for a job on the plantation. Get a bottle of rum. Put the rum in the crate and fill the crate with bananas. Return to Port Sarim and go to the food store. Put on the apron. Go through the door with the apron on the ground. The shop keeper will say that you cannot go back there. Ask him for a job. Search the crate and you will get the rum. Go to the bar. Give the rum to the pirate. He will give you a key. Go to the Blue Moon Inn. Open the chest upstairs. Go to the park in Faldor with a spade. Dig behind the south bench. Note: Make sure you are in the soil. Additionally, to dig behind the soil behind the south bench in Falador Park, you must kill Wyson The Gardener.

Note: You must be a member to do this quest. Before starting, the following items and skills are needed. Get four buckets of water, rope (can be bought from Ned in Draynor Village for 15 coins, or in Ardougne General Store), a bucket of milk (get a bucket and use it on a cow), a bar of chocolate (can be bought from the Port Sarim food shop; or buy a chocolate dust from the Gnome Stronghold), spade, Dwell Berry (at Mcgrubbs Woods, go around the back and squeeze through the railing, watch out for level 44 dogs), pestle and mortar (can be bought at Herblaw shop), and some Snape grass (spawns on the peninsula west of the crafting guild). To start the quest, go north of the Paladin Tower in northwest Ardougne. The reward will be 1 quest point, 2,425 mining experience, and a Magic Scroll which tells you that you can now cast the Ardougne teleport, providing you have the magic level and the runes. First, talk to Edmond. He will tell you about his daughter who has gone to West Ardougne to investigate the plague. He will ask you to talk to his wife. His wife Alrena will tell you about the city and that you will need a mask to enter it. She will make a mask for you if you have a Dwellberry. If you have the Dwellberry, talk to her again and she will give you the mask. She will tell you about her husband who is digging the garden and ask you to help him. Before talking to Edmond, get the picture of Elena, which is inside the house on the table. The garden is just west of this house. Talk to Edmond and he will say that you will need to pour some water on the soil. Use four buckets of water on the mud patch. Then, use the spade on the mud patch. You and Edmond will fall into the sewer. Walk southwest and you will find a sewer pipe. Use a rope on it and talk to Edmond. He will say that you will have to go alone. Wear your gas mask, then search the pipe. You are now in West Ardougne. Find a citizen named Jethick. Talk to him and say you are finding Elena. Note: Make sure you have Elena's picture in your inventory. He will tell you Elena is helping the people in this city. He will also ask you to return a book for him. Go north and you will find a house. Try to open the door. Although it will not open at first, if you have the book they will say that you can go in. Talk to the people inside and you will learn that Elena has been kidnapped. One of them asks you to go up the stairs and talk to Milli. Do so, and she will tell you about Elena is in a building in the southeast corner of this city. After you find the building (the door of which is boarded-up, and it has two doors), try to open the west door. The mourner will say that the house has been touched by the plague. Tell him that a girl called Elena is inside and ask him how to get in. He will say something about Bravek. Go a bit north and you will see a large house. Open the door and talk to Clerk. Tell him that it is urgent. He will let you to talk to Bravek. Open the door and talk to Bravek. He will say that he has a headache. Ask him about the cure and he will give you a scruffy note. It reads:

      Get a bucket of milk,
      Then grind some chocolate
      With a pestle and mortar
Add the grind chocolate to the milk
      Finally add some Snape grass

You should have all the ingredients. Follow the steps to make a hangover cure. Grind a chocolate bar with a pestle and mortar. Use the chocolate dust to the milk. Finally use the Snape grass on the chocolate milk. Talk to Bravek after you have made the hangover cure. His headache will be cured. Tell him that the Mourner will not listen to you. He will give you a warrant. Go back to that house and try to open the door again. The mourner will say that he will need to ask the Head Mourner, but when the message "You wait until the mourners back is turned" , open the door immediately and you will sneak inside. Walk down the Spooky Stairs and try to open the door. Elena will tell you that the key is somewhere here. Go back upstairs and search the barrel. You will find a small key. Go back down and use the key on the door. Talk to Elena. She will say that her father will reward you. Go back to the dungeon and talk to Edmond. He will thank you and give you the reward.

  • Prince Ali Rescue quest

Speak with Chancellor Hassan inside the palace in Al Kharid. He will ask you to see his assistant Osman, as he is in a tough situation. Osman will tell you about how Al Kharid's archenemy, Lady Keli, has kidnapped the prince, Ali. He will tell you that there is a spy, his daughter, in Draynor Village who can help you further. Before continuing, collect the following long list of items:

Two onions: Onions can be found in a small garden patch south of the windmill near Draynor Village. The patch is behind a farmhouse.

Ashes: Light a fire (use tinderbox with logs) and wait for it to burn out. It will leave ashes.

Eight balls of wool: Buy shears in the general store and use them with a sheep to get unspun wool. Take it to the spinning wheel in the west tower of Lumbridge Castle to spin it into balls of wool.

Clay: Mine this from a clay rock or buy it.

Bronze bar: Mine or buy one tin and one copper ore. Use one in a furnace, and they will both be used to make a bronze bar.

After collecting the items, go towards DraynorVillage. Find Leela (Osman's daughter) and talk to her. She will inform you of the plan. To prepare for the imprint of the key, use one of the waters with the clay to get soft clay. Get Ned (lives in a building in Draynor) to make a wig for you and rope out of the wool balls, Take the onions, redberries, flour, ashes, and water to Aggie to get makeup and yellow dye. Use the yellow dye with the wig, and you will get a blonde wig. In the jail, talk to Lady Keli. You can ask her to see the key. She will agree, and you will automatically take an imprint and return it to her. Run back to Al Kharid with the imprint and bronze bar. Osman will give you the jail key. Return to Draynor to carry out the plan. Quickly talk to Leela again, and she will remind you to offer the bodyguard some beers to get him drunk. First, talk to Lady Keli's bodyguard and offer him the three beers. He will accept, and immediately get drunk. Use the ropes on Lady Keli to tie her up, then unlock the door to the jail. Talk to the prince, and he will get into his disguise and go back to Al Kharid. Follow, and talk to Osman to get your reward. Note: There is an easier way to get ashes. Go to Draynor Manor and go to the third floor. Inside the room where the machine is located, you can find some ashes.

    City of Heroes tips

    # Easy experience

This trick requires invisibility. Start any mission with Clickable Objective Items (trash cans, crates, etc.) that give you experience, then turn on invisibility and get all of the clickable items. As long as the mission does not end by clicking the items, you can go outside, restart the mission, and do it all over again until you have obtained as much experience as desired. As long as you do not train the level after leveling, if you want to take the time to gain a few levels by doing this, the times will always give the same amount of experience as long as you remain at the same level.
    # Change chat text color

Type "/bind enter beginchat" [text color][background color][border color] at the console, where the color values are either actual color names or values in the format #RRGGBB, with a pound sign followed by two digit hexadecimal numbers that represent the red, green, and blue amount of the color.
    # Dance

Type ";Dance" in the chat window. Your hero will do one of several dances. Continue typing it to cycle through the different dances.
    # Fly underwater

While you are swimming in the water, turn on "Fly". You will stay in the water, but if you stop you will come out.

    Final Fantasy XI Tips

  • Easy Gil

Whenever you get Crystals in battle, put them in an auction for about 100 Gil each. You will make good money this way, or you can put them in your bazaar for about 50 Gil each.

When you are at about level 5 (depending on your main job), collect Silk Threads from Crawlers in either East or West Sartabaruta, outside of Windurst. They can sell at the Auction House for 1,000 to 2,000 Gil each.

At 6:00 in upper San 'Doria, the Wood Guild opens. There, you can by Arrowwood Lumber for 7 Gil each. They sell for approximately 100 to 150 Gil each. The Luaun Lumber also makes a profit, but not as much.

This trick requires three party members in Bastok. Behind the lighthouse in South Gustaberg is a bush labeled as "???". There, you can trade a Quus to have Bubbly Bernie spawn. He is not very difficult to defeat and drops a Steam Clock. If you set the second person to Quartermaster and make him wait at the entrance to Bastok Mines, he can run into the auction house and send it to the third person, waiting at the Mog House in Bastok Markets. The third person should take the clock to Malene in the very northern part of the town. She will give you 500 Gil per clock. You can repeat this as many times as desired. Note: You can only hold one clock at a time, but you can have as many as you desired inside your delivery box.

  • Raise White Magic level easily

This trick is useful to level up much needed spells such as Protect, Cure, and Shell. Go to a local residential area and stand directly outside your Mog House. Cast the desired spell on yourself until you run out of MP. You can also cast it on other players running in and out of their Mog House. Once you have run out of MP, run into your Mog House, replenish it, exit, and repeat. This saves a large amount of time from having to heal after casting. You can level up magic by casting the spell on yourself, despite if you already have the enhancement on yourself or have 100% HP. Keep casting and it will level up.

  • Grass Cloth

Synthesis Yagudo Necklace with a Wind Crystal. This will get you three spools of Grass Thread. Synthesis them with Earth Crystal to get Grass Cloth.

  • Sheep Leather

Synthesize a Goblin mask with a Wind Crystal to get a Sheep Leather.

  • Silk Thread

To get Silk Thread very easily, defeat Crawlers in East Sartabaruta.

  • Final Fantasy logo

When you board the airship and the screen is on Steiner in the front of the ship, in the background clouds you can see the Final Fantasy symbol fly by every few seconds.

  • Entering the Zehrun Mines in Bastok Mines

Go to Bastok Mines. Near the left on your map is a circle. Go there and enter the passage to be in Zehrun Mines.

  • Recommended places to level up in San d'Oria

Go to the following locations in San d'Oria when at the indicated levels to level up easily:

The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar Tips

The recommended place to look for the Tier 1 Prospector Farm is in the Shire. Try creating an alternate Hobbit character and make him an Explorer for his Crafting. This farm has both Prospector materials and Forester materials. Go to the town of Micheal Delving in The Shire. Next, display the world map so it shows the town name Micheal Delving. Find where the "G" in Micheal Delving is. Go to that general area to find at least two or three Prospector Nodes (Tin Deposits and Copper Deposits). Make sure to have your Prospecting Tracker on. There is a mound that you can stand on that will reveal any of the three nodes that appear. By doing this, you can almost instantly run to it and grab the node. An Explorer is also acceptable for this, not only for its Prospecting ability, but also the Forester. Every now and then, Rowan Branches will appear at the bottom of the hill to the right of the building, and at the top near the few trees.

    | |

The Lord Of The Rings: The Battle For Middle-Earth Cheats

  • Cheat mode

Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. To edit stats of your skirmish player, use a text editor to edit the "[player name]skirmishstats.ini" file in the "c:\documents and settings\[user name]\application data\my battle for middle-earth files" directory and edit it accordingly.

  • More powerful creatures

To make a Troll more powerful, have it pick up a tree as a club. It is slower, but much more powerful. To make an Ent more powerful, have it to pull boulders out of buildings or rock piles to throw at enemies. This is a very powerful long-range attack.

  • Good army spying in skirmish mode

The Evil factions of the game both have a Spying power they can use. However, Good factions have no spying power. Early in Skirmish mode, recruit the Hobbit available to you. Have him run over to an enemy castle, camp, etc. He should be able to make it to the citadel, unless the enemy is playing a Good faction and has closed the castle gate. Once inside (or outside the gate if it has been closed), activate his Elven Cloak. He will remain there, untouchable by the enemy. By doing this, you will have a permanent spy. Note: If he moves, he will be exposed until he can use his cloak again. When selecting all your units by pressing Q, hold [Shift] and deselect your spy before ordering everybody to move or attack.

  • Bypassing the command point limit

If you have reached your command point limit during a mission, send out a battalion or two (with the Banner Carrier upgrade) of soldiers. Have them fight until there is only one or two men remaining in the battalions/hordes. Then, send them back to your base, near a Healing Well for the Good side. You have just freed up several command points. Your damaged battalions can regenerate. Use this strategy to make up to three battalions of cavalry to raid your opponent with.

  • Defeating Ents

Train a horde of Archers and give them the Fire Arrows upgrade. Send them and shoot the Ent until he is on fire, then run away. He will die in a short time.

  • Defeating Isengard

When you are fighting Isengard, either use Summon Rohan Allies or start out as Rohan. Build a stable and a lot of farms. Close the main gate and build a Postern Gate instead. Build an army of Riders Of Rohan and walk over the Uruk-Hai's. To counter battering rams, use Yeoman or Elven Archers. To counter Warg Riders and Siege Ladders, use Heroes or Sentry Towers. Note: With the riders, just ride over the Uruks. It will either kill or stun them for you to finish. With the riders, try summoning Eomer to the field and give them a bonus or two.

  • Defeating Rohirrim

When Isengard, Pikeman can easily defeat Cavalry if their numbers are similar. However, by combining a Pikeman horde with a Crossbow horde you can have one of the most powerful anti-Cavalry groups there are. Additionally, with Mordor, there really is no cheap way to deal with Cavalry. Trolls and Mumaks are your best bet, considering they have heavy damage with little harm done to them. Try getting creative and putting Orc Archers with fire arrows inside the Mumakil. This can make for a devastating blow to even a castle, and not just enemy soldiers.

  • Strategy for Gondor

An effective siege strategy for Gondor is to build a good sized unit of Tower Guards (four or five battalions recommended) and as many Archers as possible. Put the Archers into one group and the Tower Guards into another. Make sure both groups are fully upgraded if possible, but choose Heavy Armor if you can only have one. Then, put the Tower Guards in front, with the Archers trailing close behind. Once you find an enemy encampment, have your Tower Guards move toward it and put them into Shield Wall formation once they get very close. Your Tower Guards can absorb an incredible amount of damage while in Shield Wall and will take the brunt of enemy attack, leaving your Archers free to wreak havoc.

  • Strategy for Isengard

Similar to Mordor, Isengard relies mostly upon a brute force with some variety. Always have at least six Siege Ladders and three Battering Rams. Make sure to have several combo battalions. Since you haven no castle walls like the forces of good, you will need a few Keeps and Guard Towers. Once you have all of this completed and about 100 to 150 Uruks, begin with the upgrades; they are essential to a swift victory.

  • Strategy for Mordor

Mordor relies heavily on massive armies and blind destruction. However, you are limited to only so many command points you have. You must create variety in your troops when needed. On most levels, you will have to siege some kind of castle. Always have a few Catapults and Battering Rams (a Siege Tower or two would not hurt). Always devote about 50 to 100 command points to siege weapons, as this makes most online players easy prey. For the rest of your command points, make a lot of Orc Warrior-Orc Archer hordes and several Trolls. Once you have this completed, spend your resources entirely on upgrading your troops and base.

  • General strategies

When starting a campaign, build at least two or three Farms or Slaughter Houses. Also, make sure that all your men are guarding the castle (put them all around the base), so that no enemies or trolls attack you.

Hordes/Battalions with a Banner unit should be retreated when only a few remain to allow the ranked unit to regenerate.

Always close your Castle Gate and build a Postern Gate instead.

Try to grab as many of the economy/outpost plots surrounding your base.

Fewer upgraded units are always better than many non-upgraded units.

Build two economy structures per one unit production building.

Build economy structures in the back of the Camp/Castle and build unit production structures in the front.

Small cavalry is better than a large infantry, except against archers.

Do not blindly put any group of soldiers against any enemy soldiers. If you have cavalry, make sure to have archers as back-up against pikemen and the like.

In skirmishes, build a wide variety of hordes, but mainly use Archers and Monsters above Foot Soldiers. Always have all Heroes before an attack. Keep gates closed and heavily guarded. When all allies are defeated, use specials to summon units like Summon Ent Allies or Rohirum Allies. When raided, build as many Orc, Oruk, Gondor, and Rohan archers as possible. When you are outnumbered and other units that you control are far away, run away.

    Star Wars: Galaxies cheats

  • Extra money

Take two delivery missions at the same time that both will end up in the same city (check destination coordinates). Make sure both missions pay at least 500 credits. Then purchase a one way ticket to that city for around 115 credits. You will end up with around 900 credits from two deliveries that really are like one delivery. When in that city, find another mission terminal, and repeat.

  • 144 hotkeys

The bar at the top is for your funciton keys. You can drag it open so you have 24 boxes instead of one. And whether you have 12 or 24 showing, you have six rows of these, which you can scroll through by pressing [Ctrl] + [Tab]. If you have multiple skill, set the special moves of each separate profession on its own bar. For example, if you have four professions, this will leave you with an extra two for the socials/emotes/macros.

  • Thought bubble

To make yourself think instead of talk, type "/think [text]". Your text will appear as a thought bubble instead of speech bubble.

  • Yelling and shouting

Type either "/yell" or "/shout" before what you want to say. It will be yelled or shouted, and can be heard by more people in the chat window (people that are farther away).

  • Tell command

You can communicate with anyone in the game directly, no matter how far apart you are from them by typing "/tell [name] [text]". Note: The [name] part of the command does not have to be their complete name. You can use their first name or part of it. This is also useful in determining if someone not on your friends list is logged on. Use "/tell" and the game will let you know if they are not logged in.

  • Better Medical experience

Learn Organic Chemstry II so you are able to make Stim Packs B.. Then, find a very large group of like ten to twenty and fight extremely difficult units. Use your Stimpacks to gain 100 to 200 experience just from one use. Make sure you look at the group's members health on the left of your screen to learn when someone needs healing and use hotkeys.

  • Killing Lairs

When using a weak characterm kill all monsters around it. Then, attack the Lair once then select "Peace". A unit will spawn, but it will not rush you. This makes it easy to kill. Repeat until four units spawn from the Lair. The maximum number of units allowed to spawn from a Lair is four.

  • Burstrun in water

When you press the hotkey (default) for burstrun, the game always states that you cannot burstrun while swimming. Instead of doing this, when swimming, type "/burst" and it now works.

  • Restore HAM levels for Zabraks

The following tricks may only work for Zabraks, but can be attempted for other species. If one or two of your bars are low (in the white, not black), while sitting, and not in a chair, type "/equilibrium". The game will even out all three of your HAM bars the best it can. Try typing "/vitalize" to boost your adrenaline, giving you an extra 50 in both health and action, and makes all your attributes and skills perform better temporarily. Note: Innate abilities can only be done once per hour.

  • Extra Wilderness Survival experience

Note: This trick works better when there is a high amount of lag in the game. If you are in camp, constantly leave and immediately return. If done quickly enough, when you check your camp status you will notice that current visitor displays more than one. If not done quickly enough, it still will increase the number of visitors, but not current visitors, and this does nothing to effect experience. However, if you do succeed in getting the current visitors to more than one, you will get extra experience for Wilderness Survival. The amount continues to grow the more current visitors you have.
